I'm learning about new technologies, new pipelines and I'm very curious about "how to do things". Even outside of video games, I like the "do it yourself" philosophy, but I also like "not reinventing the wheel".
I am able to organise myself, to make decisions and estimate my tasks, to take initiatives if necessary, but I also inform myself about the work of others to allow the synchronisation of tasks, and to have the same vision of the project.
I am very open-minded and like to discuss and share my work with others. I am also empathetic to other people's problems, and I try to understand and find a suitable solution for them, technically and humanly.
I am very calm and very resistant to stress. I can also learn quite quickly a new technology and processes inside a team, and I communicate as effectively as I can to ask question and adapt myself to the constraints and context of the project.
I like to have a global vision of a project and to think about the different ways to solve its problems. I also like to analyse, combine and try different solutions, and I am not afraid of failure.
