Scholar project done during my second year of computer science degree in the optional course theatre, for “Personal Creation” evaluation.
You play as an bird that must follow and collide with a red fleeing one. Nearer to a relaxing experience than a classic game.
Experimentation to discover functionalities like VFX particles, object culling and pooling.
The objectives have been met and I have been satisfied by the technical and visual part. But the game design part have some flaws since all cubes move together randomly, if they are too quick the player can’t avoid them.
